Pennsylvania attorney Lorraine Donnelly spent 10 years as an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia before bringing her considerable talent to Wilkes & McHugh. Given that experience, she was recently asked to weigh in on a new rule in the city’s courthouse that will require visitors to turn over their cellphones while they are in the building. The goal is to prevent witness intimidation and courtroom disruptions.
