Stonerise Healthcare, Keyser Center named in wrongful death suit

Susan K. Oates, as executrix for the estate of Donna M. Wagoner, filed a lawsuit against Stonerise Healthcare LLC, Keyser Center LLC and other defendants in Mineral Circuit Court in Keyser, West Virginia, on August 9. The lawsuit alleges Wagoner suffered bodily injury and pain because the defendants failed to properly hire and train staff, provide a safe environment, and adequately assess Wagoner’s needs.
