BIOGRAPHY
Rachel Hepburn Masters is an accomplished personal injury attorney with a strong focus on plaintiff representation. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012, Rachel was also an Honors Scholar and pursued minors in Paralegal Studies and Science. Continuing her academic journey, Rachel obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky's J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2016.
Throughout her academic years, Rachel actively participated in competitive Mock Trial teams, developing litigation skills and a passion for trial advocacy. This dedication led her to be elected as the President of the Trial Advocacy Board during her time at law school.
Rachel’s professional career has been dedicated to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. Her prior experience includes Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, Auto Accident, and Premise Liability. With a proven record of successful legal representation, Rachel is committed to seeking justice and obtaining fair compensation for clients who have suffered personal injuries.
Outside of the legal realm, Rachel indulges in her passion for running. She actively participates in marathons and half marathons across the nation. Each race serves as an opportunity for Rachel to contribute to local charities by raising funds and making a positive impact on the communities she visits.
